What kind of manuals are these?
A: Our manuals are the same exact manuals
that professional technicians use in the field to troubleshoot
& repair equipment. We also carry user & operating manuals
for that used piece of equipment you purchase that doesn't come
with instructions.

How are the manuals on this site different from other sites?
A: Manuals
that you purchase on other sites are in the raw format. We
take the raw format and insert bookmarks where possible and
combine the parts manual if available with the service
manual, this way you can find the information you need
quickly. We also do not duplicate manuals on different disks
except in the case of the Epson adjustment programs which
are included on both of the Epson InkJet printer disks. We
do all of this at better prices than anywhere else.
Q: How do I use these manuals?
A:
Most of our manuals are in .pdf format for use with Adobe Reader
which can be downloaded for free at
adobe.com.
We use the .pdf format because it gives you the ability to zoom
in on a section of the machines and schematics plus easily print
out individual pages. Most of the copier, fax, printer and phone
manuals are in .pdf format. Most of the automotive manuals require
installation on your PC by way of an .exe file on the disc.
Q: Can I download the manuals that I need
immediately?
A:
Yes.
Once you make your purchase you can request us to place specific
manuals or entire disks on our download server for immediate download.
(please note that there will be no reduction in shipping for
making entire disks available for download)
Q: Can I buy individual manuals?
A: Yes.
Most individual manuals are $11.77 each plus a small fee based
on the size of the file. Just let us know what you need and we'll
place them on our download server.
Q:
The PayPal shopping cart is not working for me. How can
I order?
A:
Some
shoppers experience problems with the PayPal shopping cart. If
you are having trouble with the shopping cart please let us know
and we'll help you.
Q: Is PayPal the only way you can accept
credit cards or can I give you my card number and you charge it?
A: As
of May 15th 2004, we can now accept Visa & Mastercard. We can also take a payment to
sales@manuals4you.com through Western Union.
Q: Do you accept bank transfers?
A: Yes,
but keep in mind that there is a $10.00 extra fee for using
this service (more bank fees).

Standard Shipping
A: All disks
have an additional standard charge for shipping and
handling. If you want special shipping, these charges will
be in addition to the standard shipping charges, to cover
the extra costs. Any special shipping requests must be
arranged prior to purchase. If in doubt, send us an email.
Q: Do you offer technical
support?
A: We will offer
technical support for PC and printer repair to customers who
have purchased a manual from us and who are having problems
making a repair.
